CHAPTER 701
"Angela, where are your brother and Sister-in-law?" Mother Carter sent Angela out to summon the main stars today. There was no sight of the main stars yet, but Angela came back.
"Mom, brother and sister-in-law are having their own sweet time. Don't bother them."
Angela did not stop when replying to Mother Carter, instead she ran upstairs directly. She rushed back to her room and snatched her mobile phone. She made a phone call to Victor.
When the call got connected, Angela scratched her head anxiously and said, "I'll count to three. If you don't answer my phone call on three counts, I'll go back and get even with you."
Before she finished murmuring, Victor picked up the phone and his arrogant voice blasted through the phone, "Get even with me? What are you planning to do?"
"How do you want me to deal with you?" Hearing Victor's voice, Angela's mood brightened. She threw herself happily onto her big bed and rolled like a child.
"What's the matter?" Victor sounded impatient. "Can't I call you if nothing's up?" Angela balled her hands into fists. If he were by her side, she would have punched him.
Victor replied, "If there's nothing else, I'll hang up."
"Victor James, don't you dare hang up my call." This damned man, she wanted to talk to him, but instead he threatened to hang up.
They had been separated for three months. She had been missing him to the extent that she felt physically uncomfortable. Did this damned man not miss her at all?
"Angela, what's wrong with you? Don't you know it's already midnight?" Victor elevated his voice.
It turned out that Angela forgot the time difference again. It was in the afternoon in New York, but it was late at night in Jiangbei. She woke Victor up in the middle of the night. He had already given her an honour by picking up her phone and saying a few words nicely.
If it were someone else who dared to call Victor in the middle of the night, he would definitely go ballistic.
"Victor." Suddenly, Angela's heart twitched and she snivelled. She thought of her cold brother. He was someone so aloof, but in front of Jane, he still had a gentle and sweet side.
Then, he thought about Victor again. This man only knew how to yell at her, offend her, and insult her. He had never shown her his real gentle side. It was clear that she missed him, but Victor did not know how to reciprocate affection. How could she not be mad?
"Victor, you can sleep now. If I ever call you again, it'd be the end of the world!" After that, just as Angela was about to end the phone call, she added angrily, "Son of a bitch, I want a break up!"
Son of a bitch Did he really think that he is the only man in the world? Did he really think that she, Angela Carter, could not live without him?
After hanging up the call Angela regretted instantly. "Fuck!"
Without that damned Victor, she would not have lived so happily. She must have done.terrible things in her past life to fall head over heels in love with him in this life. She dug her own grave.
"Ah!" Angela screamed. She raised her hand and was about to throw the phone out. However, as soon as she raised her hand, her phone rang. She looked at it and the screen showed "Victor James".
"B*stard, at least he knows that he should return the call to comfort me. Forget it, I'll forgive him." She thought.
Angela answered the phone with a sneer and said proudly, "Victor, it's good that you know you're wrong. I'm kind enough to forgive you once... "
"Damn it, what did you say? Say it again, I'll tear you up."
Apparently, Victor called back to say that if they wanted a break up, he had to be the one requesting because she had no rights to say so.

Angela was so furious and yelled back, "Victor, just you wait." She jumped out of bed, rummaged through the boxes and found her ID card and passport, then she rushed out. The damned man Victor must have had another woman, so he wanted to break up with her.
When she returned to Jiangbei later, she must confront and seize the disgusting couple then drown them in a cage. Otherwise, the burning hatred in her heart could not be relieved.
"Angela, what happened to you?" Just a moment ago, Mother Carter saw Angela running up the stairs, and now she was rushing downstairs. Mother Carter was puzzled.
"Mom, Victor must have found another woman. I'm going back to Jiangbei to get even with him. Tell Brother and sister that I'm leaving." Just as Angela was done speaking, she had.already fled.

"That girl misses Victor. She wants to go back to Jiangbei." Mother Carter waved her hand and said, "Albert Simon will follow her. If she wants to go back to Jiangbei let her be."
After a long wait, the two main stars of the family finally entered the house. Mother Carter walked up and held Jane's hand as she said gently, "You're finally back."
She had thought of a lot of things to say to Jane, but in the end, she did not manage to say anything more. She just patted Jane's hand again and again.
While Mother Carter and Jane had a close relationship, Mother Carter acknowledged the importance of having Jane around, because Jane was the person whom her son loved.

"Mom!" Jane smiled and gave Mother Carter a big hug. "Thank you!"
She was grateful that Mother Carter never looked down on her, and she loved her as if she were her own daughter. Jane also had a lot to say in her mind, but she did not manage to say anything more.
When she held Mother Carter, she placed her head on Mother Carter's shoulder like a child. Mother Carter doted on her as if she were her own daughter, and Jane would of course be respectful, filial and treat her as her own mother.
The relationship between both of them was not as bad as other mothers and their daughters-in-law. That was because they all loved Edwin, and they both hoped for the best for Edwin.

"Grandma, I'm back." Janell's soft voice sounded. She had already leaped towards her grandmother.
"Yes, our Janell is back." Mother Carter hugged Janell as she ran over, caressing her little head lovingly.
"Grandma, I have brought Aunt Laura and the chubby baby around the garden" Janell bragged proudly.
Without waiting for her parents' instructions, Janell took the initiative to be the guide and brought Laura and her family around the grand manor. Then, she returned with the guests and wanted to ask for rewards from her family.

A few days had passed since Jane's return. During one early morning, Jane woke up and stretched her body lazily. She opened her eyes and looked up. She saw Edwin Carter sitting on the sofa by the window, reading the newspaper. It was a good habit he practised for a few years.
Different from the past, when Edwin noticed that she got up, he immediately put the newspapers down. He joined her in bed, "You're awake."
"Yeah." Jane nodded.
When she was about to get out of bed, Edwin pushed her back to the bed. He looked at her attentively, as if he had something to tell her, but he did not say anything.
"Do I have something on my face?" Jane quickly reached out to touch her face and the corner of her eyes. There was neither eye boogers nor dirt on her face.
"Yes, there's something." Edwin chuckled.
"What is.." Before Jane could finish her sentence, Edwin lowered his head and kissed her. He held her chin and gently bit her lower lip.
"No!" Jane instinctively placed her hands on his chest. It was early in the morning, but this man was already hugging and kissing her. What was he trying to do?
"But, I want to!" He had wanted to be intimate with her for a long time already.
However, since she had just recovered from her injuries, he had been suppressing his.urges. He did not want to do anything because he was afraid of hurting her.

He was not a man who indulged in desires, and also not the kind of person who could not live without the intimacy between a husband and wife. He wanted her, just because she was his wife and the only person who had a place in his heart. He would be in love with her regardless.
Jane blinked, and her long eyelashes fluttered. "Don't keep it in, I can really do it." As Jane finished speaking softly, she blushed again.
However, she boldly held Edwin's waist and used actions to prove that she was willing to do it, and she could...
"Little fool!" Edwin giggled, feeling warm because of her advances and initiatives.
But as he saw how willing Jane was, he could not do anything to her. He was not a beast, and he would not disregard her physical condition. He only hoped that they could be like now every day in the future.
Every night, he could hug her to sleep. Every morning, he could sit by the window and read the newspapers. When she woke up, he would give her a morning kiss. Edwin brushed Jane's hands off him and planted a kiss on her forehead.
"Get ready. We'll be heading to the airport later." Jane lowered her head and did not dare to look at him.
"Are we going back to Jiangbei?"
"To the Aegean Sea." Edwin lowered his head and kissed her again. He kissed her face until she blushed, then he let her go.

Once again, Jane witnessed how wealthy Edwin was. Edwin had prepared a private plane to fly to the Aegean Sea.
It was a specially-arranged private plane. From the inside, the plane was completely different from that of a commercial plane. The insides of the private plane looked like a suite, as the plane was nicely equipped with a room, kitchen and drinking bar.
The plane offered everything Jane could think of, and also included many other facilities out of her expectations. For example, the cabin was divided into two rooms, and the latter part was a master bedroom.
The front part of the cabin was a place for entertainment and had common areas, and there were also a few beautiful air stewardesses. Jane could not help but exclaim in awe. She really did marry a super rich big boss!.

Of course, what concerned Jane Ronan the most, were not the things that Edwin Carter had given her, but the relationship between Janell and Andrew.
After she came round, she found that the relationship between Janell and Andrew had improved a lot. Although Janell did not rely on Andrew as much as she did with Brother Lucas, but when she sweetly called Andrew "brother", Andrew would also be happy, as his love for his sister was genuine.
